If you need a realtor, Jake Parr is the best! The thing I like the most is that he has great character. He’s funny and smart and devoted to his family. He has gone above and beyond as our realtor. He answers texts morning through late evening. He does extra research. He sets up appointments with contractors and other service providers, and he attends them to provide much needed advice. Actual closing and stuff took longer, but he got us an early occupancy deal which was nice. Even with that, though, I think closing was pretty quick too.
